Throughout his annual State of the Union deal with, President Biden introduced his administration’s new requirements that may require all building supplies used on federal infrastructure tasks to be made in America and made with American merchandise.

JOE BIDEN: And after we do these tasks, and once more, I get criticized, that is the place I make no excuses for it, we’ll purchase American.

We’ll purchase American, people. And it is totally– it’s very per worldwide commerce guidelines. Purchase America has been the regulation since 1933, however for too long gone administrations, Democrat and Republican, have fought to get round it. Not anymore. Tonight I am saying new requirements require all building supplies utilized in federal infrastructure tasks to be made in America.

Made in America, I imply it. Lumber, glass, drywall, fiber optic cable, and on my watch, American roads, bridges, and American highways are going to be made with American merchandise as effectively.
